Return Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or minor wear. Our shop offers a hand-picked, carefully curated selection of vintage and pre-loved items. Each piece is unique and may show natural signs of wear, which are part of its charm and character.
Because all items are pre-owned, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, fit, or minor wear.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item arrives with undisclosed damage, or
- The item does not match the description provided in the listing.
If your item meets these criteria, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details. We will review your case and guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to our error (undisclosed damage or item mismatch), we will cover return shipping costs. Please contact us at studio@inkliuzas.com before shipping the item back to receive return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have read the item description carefully and understand that vintage items are sold as-is.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued for the item cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (undisclosed damage or item mismatch).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at studio@inkliuzas.com.
